Refund policy — Paper Buddha Studio
All sales are final.
Because each print is made to order in studio, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, ordering the wrong variant, or dislike of the artwork.
Damage in transit
If your print arrives damaged, email paperbuddha@protonmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the packaging
• clear photos of the damage
If the damage is covered, we will replace the print at no extra cost. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund for the damaged item.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Subscriptions (Temple Print Club)
Club membership can be paused or canceled anytime through your account/subscription portal for future billing cycles. Charges already processed for a month that has been fulfilled or is in production are not refundable, except where required by law or in the case of damage as described above.
